Questions about ordering our phone cards
Yes. All phone cards are now delivered via email.
In most cases you will receive your phone card information (access codes, PIN, instructions, etc.) shortly after purchase but in some cases it may take longer (up to 24 hours) if you have not received your phone card within an hour please call our team and we can get it out to you right away.
Questions about phone card usage
Yes. All of our phone cards can be used to call virtually any country, the only difference is the calling rates to each country.
Yes. The only numbers you cannot call are toll free numbers.
- First, you dial the access number which is 3159 4797.
- You will then be asked for your PIN number (this is provided inside the email that we send you).
- Finally, you can then dial the international number.
For international calls and calls within Singapore dial 001 + country code + city code + phone number + #.
For additional calls, do not hang up simply press # twice or * twice at the completion of your first call. The keys you need to press may vary depending on which card you are using but the card or the recorded message will tell you which key to press.
In some cases yes. As you look at the notes on each card on our search results page you will find out which cards can be used overseas. The rates do not tend to be as good as the rates offered to call overseas from Australia but they offer the convenience of being able to use one card in many countries. Some cards also offer a call back service to Australia where you can call Australia via toll-free numbers from overseas.
Most service providers of phone cards reserve the right to change their rates without prior notice. At Phone Card Choice we try to update our rate tables, within a few days of being given official notification about these changes.
We suggest that if you want the exact latest rates, you check these with the customer services number of the particular card in question. There is however no guarantee that the rate will remain the same.

Questions about expiration
Yes, you need to top up your phone card once every 6 months to keep it active.
Simply top it up and it will be instantly reactivated.
No, you never lose your balance. Once you recharge your phone card your previous balance is added to your top up amount.
We don’t have any reactivation fees with our phone cards.
