What Is a Prepaid Phone Card?
A phone card is a prepaid calling card for international phone calls. You pay first. Then we send your PIN and local access numbers by email.
To make a call, dial the access number from your mobile phone or home phone. Enter your PIN. Then dial the overseas number.
There is no contract and no monthly fee. Our phone cards cover more than 200 countries. Examples are China, India, Hong Kong, the UK and the USA.
Some shops also sell top-up cards. A top-up card adds credit to a prepaid SIM card. Our cards are calling cards for overseas calls.
Does a Phone Card Work With My SIM Card, eSIM or 5G Plan?
Yes. You keep your own SIM card and your own mobile plan from Singtel, StarHub, M1 or another telecom company.
The card works with a physical SIM, an eSIM or a prepaid SIM card. It works on 4G or 5G, on any mobile network in Singapore.
The call goes through a normal phone line, so it does not use your data plan and it does not need Wi-Fi. If your plan includes free local calls, the call to our access number costs nothing extra.
How Much Does a Phone Card Cost?
Our cards start at S$5. Rates start from 2¢ a minute to the USA and from 4¢ a minute to mobiles in India.
A S$10 card gives you up to 8 h 19 min of talk time to the USA. Each country's rate page shows every card, its rate, any connection fee and the talk time.
Do Phone Cards Still Exist?
Yes. The old plastic cards for payphones are now mostly collectors' items. Today, most phone cards are digital. You buy them online and get the PIN by email.

Questions people ask
Is a phone card cheaper than Singtel, StarHub or M1 IDD?
Yes, if you pay per minute. A call to a mobile in India costs from 4¢ a minute with our cards and S$1.70 to S$1.96 on Singtel 001, StarHub 008 or M1 002. The phone companies also sell IDD packs, which can work out cheaper if you use most of the minutes before they run out. Packs only work on that company's SIM and last 7 to 30 days. A phone card suits you if you call now and then, call a country the packs leave out, or want no subscription.
How do I get my card?
By email. There is no plastic card to wait for. You get your local access numbers, PIN and instructions.
How long does it take to get my card?
Usually shortly after you buy. Sometimes it takes longer, up to 24 hours. If nothing arrives within an hour, email or call us and we will send it straight away.
Do the cards expire?
Top up once every 6 months to keep your card active. If it lapses, top it up and it works again straight away, with your old balance added back. There is no reactivation fee.
Can I call from my mobile or a landline?
Yes. You can call from a mobile, a landline or a payphone.
Is it free to call your access number?
If your plan includes free calls within Singapore, calling our local access number costs nothing extra from your phone company.
Can I call toll-free numbers?
No. The cards are for calling personal landlines and mobiles.
How do I check my balance?
Call the local access number and enter your PIN. You will hear your balance.
